EquityFlowSA Delivery Policy
Version 1.0. Effective 11 August 2026.
This policy forms part of the EquityFlowSA Terms and Conditions.
1. What is delivered
EquityFlowSA is software delivered over the internet. Nothing physical is shipped. There are no goods, no courier, no delivery address and no delivery charge.
What you buy is access to the EquityFlowSA application at https://app.equityflowsa.com for the subscription period you have paid for, on the plan you selected.
2. When it is delivered
Immediately on successful payment. Access is activated automatically as soon as Payfast confirms the payment, normally within seconds. There is no waiting period and no manual approval step.
If access has not been activated within one hour of a successful payment, email hello@equityflowsa.com with the date, the amount and the Payfast reference, and we will activate it manually. We aim to do that within one business day.
3. Where it is delivered
To the email address you used at sign-up. That address is your identity in the service, so enter it correctly and keep it current. Access is granted to that account and to no other.
On successful payment we send that address a confirmation containing the plan you bought, the amount charged, the next billing date and the link to sign in.
4. Geographic coverage
The service is delivered anywhere with an internet connection. It is built for South African Employment Equity reporting and its content is specific to South African law.
5. What you need
A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, and an internet connection. No software is installed on your computer. Nothing is posted or emailed as an attachment that you must install.
6. Documents the service produces
The EEA2, EEA4, EEA12, EEA13, EEA15 and the supporting documents are generated inside the application and are downloaded or printed by you, directly from your browser, at the moment you ask for them. They are not delivered by email or by any other channel.
The service does not submit anything to the Department of Employment and Labour on your behalf. The Department's portal accepts no uploads. You key the figures in yourself.
7. Failed delivery
Delivery can only fail for one of three reasons, and each has a remedy:

| You mistyped your email address at sign-up | Email hello@equityflowsa.com from the address you meant to use. We will correct it. |
| The payment succeeded but access was not activated | Email hello@equityflowsa.com with the Payfast reference. We activate manually, normally within one business day. |
8. Currency
All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are charged in Rand. Our country of domicile is South Africa. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and prices shown are the final price.
